The question was: How to communicate a nuanced theme like "Monetize" to a diverse audience of music professionals and enthusiasts while amplifying the voices of featured artists and maintaining high engagement across channels.

I worked with my team to craft a dynamic social media strategy, posting pre-event highlights of artists and speakers, creating compelling copy, and cutting videos to emphasize festival messaging.

During the event, I was on-site to oversee live updates, capturing the energy and key moments in real time for immediate distribution. Post-event, we maintained momentum by celebrating artists and recapping highlights, ensuring the MW:M message resonated before, during, and after the festival. This comprehensive approach fostered vibrant community interaction and sustained interest.
